On our trip to Utah in the summer of 1996 we visited with
two of Thomas and Anne Mariah's grandchildren. (Helen
Bjerregaard Rigby who lives in Ephraim, UT. and Mary
Bjerregaard Kempf who lives in Las Vegas, Nev.) They told us
that Ann was a cleanliness fanatic and that her place was
spotless throughout.
The girls told us that in Anne's older years they would
clean house for her and that it was a impossible task. They
would scrub the floors and steps until they would shine and
clean the furniture until it passed her smell test. The girls
said it wasn't very funny at the time but they could laugh
about it now.

which were scant and hung like sacks on them. She became a

petite, well groomed, dark brown hair, grey or blue eyes, tiny
