Welcome to Denmark for another International Family Reunion. Birthe and Soren have invited the family back to Bjerregaarden. Those of you who didn’t make the International Reunion in 2006, you should absolutely take this chance to see Bjerregaard in person. For those of you who did make it in 2006, I am absolutely sure you will want to go again. Birthe and Soren are again opening their home and their hearts. They have asked me to let you know that for those of you that might be tight financially, know that there are some beds available with family and at their summer home. Please let me know.

Noah and I returned from Denmark in the fall and you will not believe how you feel walking on the ground of your ancestors. Birthe shared a thought she had while white washing a wall on the old stone barn. It hit her that every one of her ancestors had painted the same wall. While I was looking at that wall of the old barn, Soren pointed to a bricked up window and said, “Anders’s work”. I have to tell you when I am there I am so emotional, those two words brought tears to my eyes.
